Micha Kucher

I would like to start describing Miriam as a kind, caring, and giving person. During Covid, Miriam started working at the dental office where I’ve been a manager for over 20 years. Magic Touch Dental Office is a family practice, and Miriam has been providing a helping hand from the young age of 13. Miriam became very helpful and eventually independently managed scheduling and canceling appointments, answering telephone calls, and doing insurance verifications by learning the Dentrix program. Miriam also participated in the process of digitizing patients’ charts by scanning and organizing dental records. Later, after learning more valuable skills, Miriam advanced to become a dental assistant, doing X-rays and Panorex. She now does the sterilization process, prepares the room for different procedures, suctions and retracts, and cleans the room after treatments. Miriam’s kind and caring nature made her popular with patients and staff. Her communication skills helped put most anxious patients at ease. Miriam genuinely cares about the patients’ safety and well being. I would also like to note Miriam’s creative side: she very quickly realized that humming reduces patient’s stress during dental procedures. Miriam also made some decorative changes to the operating rooms by installing some of her works of art on the walls, which have become conversation starters for patients, distracting them from anxieties. Miriam’s love for animals and her dog Rudy above all provided instant connection with patients of all ages.

Miriam is an exceptional student, demonstrating not only academic excellence but also a remarkable work ethic and dedication to her love of arts, theatre, and animals. She started working at my dress design studio Tznius Princess Inc. in 2020 during the COVID lockdown and helped our business grow on social media. Miriam was able to bring in new clientele with her innovative marketing ideas. Miriam has exhibited outstanding customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. These qualities are a testament to her adaptability and strong interpersonal skills, which are invaluable traits in any profession, including veterinary medicine. When she is not working at our bridal boutique, she is involved with her school theater program and animals. She loves reading and learning about animals and volunteering in different organizations that allow her to spend more time with animals.

Micha Kucher has been an integral member of the Jericho Theater program since her Freshman year. Micha has participated in our productions in the cast, has created & built props, worked on sets and has served in the tech area as a projectionist. Micha's contributions to Jericho Theater have shown her passions for theater, arts and her commitment to her friends & theater family.
